## What does this do for me?

Manage Shopify POS staff schedules, time-clock activity, checklists, and team exceptions.

## Main features

* Maintain team members with roles, default locations, PINs, and active or inactive status.
* Build and publish schedules with open shifts, role coverage, and labor-hour summaries.
* Track time-clock events and opening or closing checklist completion.
* Review late arrivals, location mismatches, missed checklists, and unresolved time entries.
* Use commission rules and weekly summaries, with AI-assisted schedule suggestions available.

## Before you begin

TeamCopilot covers schedules, checklists, time-clock integrity, exceptions, and simple performance and commission summaries. It does not run payroll.
