# Terms of service

Effective September 11, 2026

## Agreement and service

These terms govern a merchant's use of SwiftPage, operated by Pcnaid Inc. Installing, approving a charge for, or using the app means the merchant accepts these terms on behalf of its business. The app provides a landing-page builder — templates, an AI drafting assistant, a drag-and-drop editor, and theme-app-extension publishing — according to the selected plan.

## Merchant responsibilities

Keep Shopify accounts secure, grant only necessary collaborator roles, and review page content before publishing.

Confirm that published page copy, AI-drafted content, and any product/marketing claims comply with the merchant's policies and applicable law. The app does not provide legal or marketing-compliance advice, and AI-drafted copy must be reviewed before it is published.

Do not misuse the service, probe other merchants' data, interfere with its operation, bypass plan limits, or introduce unlawful or malicious content into a page.

Maintain a supported Shopify plan, a compatible theme with the SwiftPage theme-section app block added (Theme editor → Add section → Apps), and the scopes required by enabled features.

## Plans, trials, and cancellation

Prices, billing interval, and included capabilities are shown before approval on Shopify and in the app's Billing page. The Free plan has no charge. Growth, Pro, and Scale include a 14-day trial beginning when Shopify approves the subscription. The trial is a one-time benefit per shop: once a shop has used a trial or held a paid subscription, later subscriptions on this or any other paid plan start without a trial. Agency pricing is arranged directly with sales. Shopify processes app charges. An account owner can change plans or cancel inside the app; cancellation stops future service entitlement as reflected by Shopify, and charges already incurred are handled under Shopify's billing rules and applicable law.

## Third-party services and availability

The service depends on Shopify and Cloudflare, including the Cloudflare Workers AI model used for AI-drafted copy and layouts, and uses the processors described in the [privacy policy](https://docs.pcnaid.com/nodes/shopify/swiftpage/merchant/help/privacy.md). Their outages, API changes, or model unavailability can affect operation, including AI drafting. We may maintain, secure, change, or discontinue functionality, but will not silently charge for a feature represented as unavailable.

## Warranty and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service — including AI-drafted content — is provided "as is" and "as available", without implied warranties. Pcnaid Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from the service, including from published AI-drafted content the merchant did not review. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude.

## Suspension, termination, and changes

We may suspend access needed to protect merchants, the platform, or the service, or for material breach of these terms. A merchant may stop using the service and uninstall it at any time. Data deletion follows the privacy policy and Shopify compliance webhooks. Updated terms show a new effective date; continued use after notice of a material update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
