# Safe Bulk Terms of Service

## Service

Safe Bulk helps authorized Shopify staff prepare, review, execute, and roll back supported bulk changes. Merchants remain responsible for reviewing proposed changes, maintaining appropriate Shopify permissions, and confirming that imports and instructions are lawful and accurate.

## Billing

Paid subscriptions, trials, changes, and cancellations are presented and processed through Shopify. Current price and trial terms appear in the app before confirmation. Access to paid operations ends when Shopify reports that the subscription is no longer active.

## Acceptable use

Do not use Safe Bulk to violate law, Shopify policies, third-party rights, or another person's account or data. Do not attempt to bypass access, tenant, rate, or approval controls.

## Availability and changes

We work to operate the service reliably, but maintenance and external platform failures can interrupt it. Features may change while preserving notice required by law or Shopify policy.
