# Review the audit log

> Filter and page through recorded price edits, voids, and store credits on the audit log page; exports run from the operations tools.

# Review the audit log

## What does this do for me?

The audit log records every price edit, void, and store-credit issuance for your store, per location and per staff member. Use it to answer "who changed what, and when."

## 1. Open the audit log

Open the app's **Audit log** page. Recent events are also summarized on the dashboard's recent-activity feed.

## 2. Filter the events

Filter the list by:

* **Type** — price edit, void, or store credit.
* **Location**.
* **Date range**, with a start and end date.

## 3. Page through history

The list is paginated. Each page shows a set number of events, and the page controls move between older and newer entries.

## 4. Export history

The Audit log page is for review; exports run from the operations tools. The audit export downloads JSON on the Professional plan, and the accounting-ready CSV export requires Enterprise. CSV fields are quoted, and text that begins like a formula is neutralised before download so it cannot run in a spreadsheet.

The audit log requires a current Starter-or-higher entitlement.
