# Understand plans and billing

## What does this do for me?

Your plan decides which register controls and workflow tools are available. Billing is app-managed and approved on Shopify, so you always see the exact charge before it applies.

## Plans

| Plan | Every 30 days | Annual | What you get |
| - | - | - | - |
| **Starter** | **\$8.99** | **\$89.90** | SKU-preserving POS price adjustments · Manager-approved transaction voids · Full operations audit trail · Retail catalog data (metafields & metaobjects) · Training mode · Role-based permissions · Park / defer carts · Daily cash balancing & Z-reports · Local pickup workflow |
| **Professional** | **\$24.99** | **\$249.90** | Everything in Starter · Issue store credit from POS · Perpetual per-staff inventory audit & export · Sell-by-weight price calculation · Returns rule engine · Cross-location inventory lookup · Partial payments & draft sales · Receipt config · Tasks & checklists |
| **Enterprise** | **\$49.99** | **\$499.90** | Everything in Professional · EU fiscal exports (TSE / RKSV / DSFinV-K) · Accounting-ready audit exports (CSV) · Stock-take transfers · Second screen · Cashbook reconciliation · Multi-location rollups · OIDC identity verification and audit · API webhooks & SLA |

An eligible shop receives one 14-day trial. Annual billing is ten 30-day charges. Receipt configuration and preview are available; the printed POS receipt footer is built against a Shopify developer-preview target and is excluded from the production app until Shopify makes that target generally available.

## 1. Open Plans & billing

Open the app's **Plans & billing** page. Your current plan and any pending selection are shown here.

## 2. Choose a plan

1. Pick a plan and a billing frequency (30-day or annual).
2. Select the checkout action. Shopify opens its approval screen; the exact charge is shown before it applies.
3. After approval, the billing request reconciles your subscription.

If a previous checkout was interrupted, the page offers a **Continue approval** action that reuses the saved Shopify approval URL instead of starting a second checkout.

## 3. Cancel or change plans

An account owner can change or cancel a plan in the app. Cancelling an active plan is blocked while a replacement approval is live, so your continuation path stays open.

Plan changes are approved on Shopify. Charges already incurred are handled under Shopify's billing rules.
