# Order Merge Pro for merchants

## What does this do for me?

Combine eligible Shopify orders into one shipment and track each merge from Shopify admin.

## Main features

* Find suggested groups of unfulfilled orders with the same customer, shipping address, and currency.
* Track merge progress and refunds of redundant shipping charges on secondary orders.
* Use Basic or Pro to reconcile outstanding balances and review merchant-facing audit logs.
* On Pro, submit same-company B2B order groups for an account-owner approval and use channel-aware automation rules.

## Before you begin

A merge can require owner recovery after an unresolved operation. Review its status before taking further action.
