# Get support and review policies

## What does this do for me?

When you need help with setup, billing, or a privacy request, you can contact Pcnaid support by email. The app's legal policies — Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and Cookie Policy — describe how the app processes data and the rules governing its use.

## Contact support

Email [support@pcnaid.com](mailto:support@pcnaid.com?subject=Pcnaid%20Loyalty%20%26%20Rewards%20support%20request) with:

* Your `*.myshopify.com` shop domain.
* The app page or storefront action involved.
* The approximate time of the issue.
* What you expected to happen.

Do not include passwords, access tokens, API keys, or payment-card data in email.

## Billing questions

Your current plan, usage, trial eligibility, plan changes, and cancellation are available on the **Plan & Billing** page inside the app. A 14-day trial is available once per shop domain. Paid subscriptions are billed through Shopify.

## Privacy and legal policies

* [Privacy Policy](https://docs.pcnaid.com/nodes/shopify/loyalty-rewards/merchant/help/privacy.md) — describes data processing, Shopify access scopes, service providers, and privacy webhook responses.
* [Terms of Service](https://docs.pcnaid.com/nodes/shopify/loyalty-rewards/merchant/help/terms.md) — covers plans, billing, merchant responsibilities, and disclaimers.
* [Cookie Policy](https://docs.pcnaid.com/nodes/shopify/loyalty-rewards/merchant/help/cookies.md) — explains how the app and its third-party services use cookies and browser storage.

## Customer data requests

A loyalty member who wants access to or deletion of their data should contact you (the merchant). You can initiate Shopify's customer data-request or redaction process, which the app handles as described in the Privacy Policy.
