# Manage settings and billing

> Configure app settings, branding, integrations, notification templates, webhooks, and your subscription plan.

# Manage settings and billing

## What does this do for me?

The Settings page is the central hub for configuring your app — branding, notifications, API keys, webhooks, integrations, and your subscription plan.

## 1. Open Settings

1. In the app sidebar, select **Settings**.
2. Sub-pages include **Branding**, **Notifications**, **Notification Templates**, **API Keys**, **Webhooks Configuration**, **Integrations**, **Migration**, and **Plan & Billing**.

## 2. Customize branding

1. In Settings, select **Branding**.
2. Customize:
   * **Primary color**, **Secondary color**, and **Accent color**.
   * **Logo URL** for the loyalty widget.
   * **Font stack** for the loyalty UI.
   * **Points label** (e.g., "Stars", "Coins").

## 3. Configure notifications

1. Go to **Settings > Notifications**.
2. Configure email notification templates for 12 transactional events (points earned, reward redeemed, tier changed, etc.).
3. Templates use `{{variable}}` substitution for dynamic content.
4. Configure SMS notifications (Scale+) via Twilio.
5. Email is sent via Resend; SMS via Twilio.

## 4. Connect integrations

1. Go to **Settings > Integrations**.
2. **Klaviyo** (Pro+) — connect a Klaviyo private API key to forward committed loyalty events; keys are encrypted at rest.
3. Other integrations include review providers (Reviews.io, Okendo, Loox, Air Reviews, Stamped, Judge.me).

## 5. Manage plan and billing

1. Go to **Settings > Plan & Billing**.
2. View your current plan, monthly order usage, and the plan grid.

**Plans:**

* **Free** (\$0/mo) — 250 orders/month, points, referrals, store credit, up to 3 rewards.
* **Growth** ($9/mo or $90/yr) — 500 orders/month, VIP tiers, POS, multilingual, points expiry.
* **Pro** ($24/mo or $240/yr) — 2,000 orders/month, campaigns, checkout redemption, Flow/Klaviyo, segments.
* **Scale** ($79/mo or $790/yr) — 5,000 orders/month, headless API, Wallet passes, custom events.
* **Enterprise** (contact) — unlimited orders, custom integrations, SLA, warehouse export.

3. Select a plan to start a 14-day free trial (one trial per shop domain ever) or upgrade immediately.
4. Annual billing is about 10x monthly price.

## 6. Manage API keys and webhooks

1. Go to **Settings > API Keys** to generate and manage tenant-bound API keys.
2. Go to **Settings > Webhooks Configuration** to manage outbound webhook endpoints, subscriptions, and view delivery logs with replay.
