# View customers and analytics

## What does this do for me?

The Customers and Analytics pages let you see who your loyalty members are, what they are earning and redeeming, and how your program is performing. You can also review suspicious activity flagged by fraud detection.

## 1. View loyalty members

1. In the app sidebar, select **Customers**.
2. The page shows all loyalty members with tabs for **Households**, **Organizations** (Enterprise), and **B2B** (Pro+).
3. Use the search bar to find a customer by name or email.
4. Select a customer to view their detail page, including:
   * Points balance and lifetime history.
   * Current VIP tier and progress to the next tier.
   * Referral activity and codes.
   * Recent transactions from the points ledger.

## 2. Adjust customer balances

1. On a customer's detail page, select **Adjust balance**.
2. Enter the number of points to add or remove.
3. Provide a reason (recorded in the audit log).
4. Select **Save**.

## 3. Review program analytics

1. In the app sidebar, select **Analytics**.
2. View real-time KPIs displayed in Polaris stat tiles:
   * Points issued, redeemed, and outstanding.
   * Redemption rate.
   * Referral conversions.
3. Use date range filters to refine the view.
4. The **Benchmark** page (Scale+) shows percentile rankings against plan-based cohorts.

## 4. Review fraud and risk

1. In the app sidebar, select **Analytics > Fraud Review**.
2. View the queue of flagged activities: velocity anomalies, duplicate account detection, and suspicious patterns.
3. Each item shows a risk score and fraud flags.
4. Select **Dismiss** or **Block** to take action.
