# Manage plans and billing

## What does this do for me?

Customer Gate offers two monthly plans: **Standard at $9/month** and **Growth at $19/month**, each with a one-time **14-day trial**. The **Plans and billing** page shows both prices, quotas, trial eligibility, and your current usage, and lets you start, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan.

## 1. Open Plans and billing

Open **Plans and billing** in the Customer Gate navigation.

## 2. Choose a plan

Each plan card shows the price per month and its limits. Select **Start 14-day trial** if you are eligible, or **Subscribe** to start a plan. Shopify opens the approval flow; approve the charge there.

For an active subscription, the active plan card shows **Current plan**. Use **Upgrade** or **Downgrade** to change plans through Shopify. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades apply on the next billing cycle.

## 3. Understand the limits

## 4. Cancel your plan

In the **Cancel Shopify subscription** card, select **Cancel plan** and confirm. No prorated refund is requested. Cancellation ends paid access. Reinstalling or resubscribing does not grant a second trial.

## If a subscription is required

If a page asks you to choose a plan to continue, select **Choose or manage a plan** on the billing screen to start or resume your subscription before continuing setup.
