# Use the Dashboard

> Understand the Customer Gate Dashboard metrics and the Store and access summary.

# Use the Dashboard

## What does this do for me?

The **Dashboard** is your home screen. It shows customer access metrics, a **Store and access** summary, and shortcuts to review applications and manage forms.

## 1. Read the metrics

The **Customer access metrics** section shows four counts:

* **Pending** applications waiting for a decision.
* **Approved 30d** applications approved in the last 30 days.
* **Denied 30d** applications denied in the last 30 days.
* **Active access rules** currently in effect.

Select a metric to jump to the **Submissions** list.

## 2. Check Store and access

The **Store and access** section shows your current store domain and an access summary, including your active plan and any time-limited developer guidance. When a verified development store has active access, the app labels it separately.

## 3. Take an action

The dashboard offers two shortcuts:

* **Manage customer access** — select **Review applications** to open **Submissions**.
* **Forms** — select **Manage forms** to open **Forms**.

## When setup is incomplete

A fresh installation opens a setup modal, and a warning banner stays visible until setup is complete. Each row shows a **Done**, **To do**, or **Blocked** badge. Select **Skip for now** to dismiss the modal while leaving the banner and all destinations intact.
