## What does this do for me?

Find out how to contact the ConsentAI team, manage billing, handle data requests, and check service status.

## Contact support

For help with ConsentAI — setup, the storefront consent checkbox, billing, or a GDPR/CCPA data-subject request — email **[support@pcnaid.com](mailto:support@pcnaid.com)**.

Open the **Support** page from the ConsentAI navigation inside Shopify admin to find the contact link.

## Billing questions

Plan changes, cancellation, and trial status are managed from the **Billing** page inside the app. Charges are billed and refunded through Shopify per its billing rules.

## Data requests

A shopper who wants their consent evidence accessed or deleted should contact you (the merchant). You trigger Shopify's customer data-request and redaction flows, which ConsentAI implements per the Privacy Policy.

Open the **Customer data requests** section on the ConsentAI dashboard to download data-request snapshots. Requests are retained for 30 days.
