Add a required Terms & Conditions checkbox to supported storefront checkout surfaces and record consent evidence.

## Main features

* Configure checkbox text, terms links, validation messages, colors, and targeting with a live preview.
* Require consent on checkout surfaces reachable by the theme, including standard, dynamic, and accelerated checkout buttons.
* Version policy content and apply product or collection policy overrides.
* Keep consent evidence linked to matching orders and export consent logs on Advanced.
