# Get help and support

## What does this do for me?

The **Support** page helps you get help with installation, campaigns, billing, email delivery, storefront features, or privacy. You can email support, check service status, and reach the privacy and terms documents.

## Email support

1. Open **Support** in the app (use **Open support** from Settings, or Shopify Admin's native **Get support** action).
2. Select **Email support**. This opens a pre-filled email to [support@pcnaid.com](mailto:support@pcnaid.com) that includes your store domain and prompts for the page or campaign, the approximate time and time zone, the expected result, and the observed result.

Never send passwords, access tokens, API keys, full payment-card numbers, bank credentials, or complete customer lists. Pcnaid support will not ask for your Shopify password.

## What to include

* The page, campaign, plan, and action involved.
* What you expected and what happened.
* The approximate time with time zone.
* A screenshot with buyer information and secrets removed, if useful.

## Service status

Select **Service status** to open the external Pcnaid service status page.

## Billing safety

If a checkout or confirmation is pending, reload Billing once and compare it with Shopify's app charge history. Do not approve a second checkout while the first remains pending.

## Campaign email delivery

If an Advanced campaign reports a missing physical postal address, open **Shopify Admin → Settings → Store details** and complete the street or registered-mailbox, city, and country, then retry the campaign. The blocked attempt sends no email and consumes no email quota.

## Privacy, terms, and security

The page links to the **Campaign Conductor Privacy Policy** and the **Campaign Conductor Terms of Service**. Privacy requests go to [support@pcnaid.com](mailto:support@pcnaid.com) and private vulnerability reports go to [security@pcnaid.com](mailto:security@pcnaid.com).
