> See every campaign on a month view and review scheduled dates in the shop's local timezone.

# View the promo calendar

## What does this do for me?

The **Calendar** page shows every campaign on a month view, with each campaign rendered on every shop-local day it runs through. It is a single place to review what is scheduled and when.

## Use the calendar

1. On the Dashboard, select **View calendar** to open the **Calendar** page.
2. Use the month controls to move between months. The calendar defaults to the current month in the shop's local timezone.
3. Each campaign appears on every day it is active, not just its start date, so a campaign spanning several months shows up in each month it runs through.
4. Select a campaign to open its detail page and manage it.

## Shared calendars

If your store has connected a read-only shared calendar from another Advanced store (see [Use Advanced workflows](https://docs.pcnaid.com/nodes/shopify/apex-brand-event-mgmt/merchant/guides/advanced.md)), those campaigns appear alongside your own schedule. Shared entries are read-only summaries from the source store.
