# Use Advanced workflows

# Use Advanced workflows

## What does this do for me?

The **Advanced workflows** page (Advanced) lets you share a read-only calendar with another Advanced store and group multiple draft campaigns into a release bundle so you can schedule them together after all checks pass.

## Share a read-only calendar

Only the Shopify store owner can create, connect, revoke, or remove calendar shares.

**Create an invite in the source store:**

1. Open **Advanced workflows** in the app.
2. Under **Multi-store calendars**, enter a **Share label**, then select **Create invite**.
3. Copy the one-time invite and send it only to the store you want to connect. It expires in seven days.

**Connect a shared calendar in the other store:**

1. In the receiving Advanced store, open **Advanced workflows**.
2. Under **Multi-store calendars**, paste the invite into **Redeem invite**, then select **Connect calendar**.

The connected source calendar then appears alongside your own schedule on the **Calendar** page as a read-only view. To stop sharing, the source store selects **Revoke** for that share, or the receiving store selects **Remove** for that connected calendar.

## Schedule a release bundle

1. Under **Release bundles**, enter a **Bundle name**.
2. Select at least two draft campaigns that are not already in a bundle, then select **Create bundle**.
3. To schedule it, select **Schedule bundle** for the bundle row.

Before scheduling, the app validates every member's dates, entitlements, blackout windows, and approval state. If a later member cannot be scheduled after an earlier member committed, the bundle becomes **PARTIAL** so you can safely retry. To dissolve a bundle that is **DRAFT** or **PARTIAL**, select **Dissolve** — but a bundle with scheduled or running members must have those members canceled first.

## Approvals

Approvals are enabled from a draft campaign's detail page. The requester and reviewer must be different Shopify staff users. See [Create and manage a campaign](https://docs.pcnaid.com/nodes/shopify/apex-brand-event-mgmt/merchant/guides/create-a-campaign.md) for how approvals work on a campaign.
