# Install and set up AgentLink

## What does this do for me?

AgentLink connects your Shopify store to external AI agents. It publishes a discoverable agent profile, runs readiness audits to check your catalog and policies, and handles agent requests through secure endpoints.

## 1. Install the app

1. Open the **Shopify App Store** and find **AgentLink**, or use your installation link.
2. Select **Add app** and review the requested permissions: **read\_products**, **read\_inventory**, and **read\_legal\_policies**.
3. Select **Install**.

After installation, you arrive at the AgentLink **Home** page inside Shopify admin. A setup modal guides you through the next steps.

## 2. Skip or start the wizard

On the Home page, the **Set up AgentLink** modal lists four setup steps. You can either:

* Select **Continue** to follow the steps in order.
* Select **Skip for now** to dismiss the modal. A warning banner remains at the top of the page until setup is complete.

## 3. Choose a plan or start your trial

1. In the setup modal or from the AgentLink sidebar, select **Plan & billing**.
2. Review the available plans (**Foundation**, **Growth**, **Scale**).
3. Select **Start trial or change plan** to begin a **14-day free trial** or subscribe immediately.
4. Follow the Shopify confirmation screen.

New shops receive one trial. Cancelling does not reset trial eligibility.
