# Manage billing and plans

## What does this do for me?

Choose the plan that fits your store's needs. Plans renew every 30 days through Shopify. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.

## Available plans

* **Foundation** — 10 readiness audits per month, 1,000 proxy requests per day, 2 payment handlers.
* **Growth** — 100 readiness audits per month, 10,000 proxy requests per day, 10 payment handlers.
* **Scale** — 1,000 readiness audits per month, 100,000 proxy requests per day, 50 payment handlers.

Each plan also includes TTS requests, SMS messages, fax events, preflight runs, knowledge documents, and agency dashboard views at plan-specific limits.

## 1. Open Plan & billing

1. In the AgentLink sidebar, select **Plan & billing**.
2. Your current plan and access status appear at the top.

## 2. Start a trial or change your plan

1. Select a plan from the **Plan** dropdown.
2. Select **Start trial or change plan**.
3. Follow the Shopify confirmation screen to approve the change.

New shops receive one **14-day trial**. Trial history is retained, so returning after cancellation starts with zero additional trial days.

## 3. Cancel your subscription

1. On the **Plan & billing** page, select **Cancel subscription**.
2. In the confirmation modal, select **Cancel subscription** to confirm.

Cancellation takes effect when Shopify confirms it. Paid API boundaries then return a subscription-required notice.

## 4. Compare plan limits

Select **Compare plan limits** on the Plan & billing page to see a breakdown of every limit across all three plans.
