# Terms of service

These terms govern a merchant's use of AgenticOps, operated by Pcnaid Inc. Installing or using the app means the merchant accepts these terms on behalf of its business.

## Service

AgenticOps generates recommendations from Shopify store signals and merchant policies and provides execution paths for product SEO, product tags, discounts, and purchase-order drafts.

## Merchant responsibilities

Merchants must review recommendations, proposed changes, recipient addresses, and rollback availability before acting. Keep Shopify accounts secure, grant appropriate staff access, and comply with applicable commerce, privacy, and consumer-protection requirements.

Do not misuse the service, submit unauthorized personal data, or attempt to bypass access, tenant, rate, or approval controls.

## Plans, trials, and cancellation

Core, Growth, and Pro use the configured prices presented for Shopify approval; eligible subscriptions receive a 14-day trial, and prior subscription history or a recorded consumed trial removes that eligibility.

Subscription cancellation is submitted through Shopify from the app.

## Availability and changes

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Maintenance, platform failures, and unavailable providers can interrupt it. Features may change with notice required by law or Shopify policy.

## Warranty and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pcnaid Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude.

## Suspension and termination

We may suspend access to protect merchants, the platform, or the service, or for material breach of these terms. A merchant may stop using the service and uninstall it at any time.
