# Review and manage recommendations

> Review AI-suggested actions, approve or reject them, apply approved changes, and report feedback.

# Review and manage recommendations

## What does this do for me?

AgenticOps reviews your store and suggests specific actions. You keep control: a recommendation does nothing in your store until you review it and approve it, then choose to apply it.

## Open your recommendations

In the app, open **Recommendations**. Each row shows the recommendation's status, the store area it relates to, its risk level, and the specific proposed change. Recommendations are labeled **Suggested by AI**, so you can see which rows come from the analysis.

If you have no recommendations yet, the page shows **No recommendations yet** with a **Run analysis** button.

## Approve or reject a recommendation

For a pending recommendation, choose:

* **Approve** to mark the recommendation as approved and make it eligible to be applied.
* **Reject** to decline it.

## Apply an approved change

For an approved recommendation, the action button shows what the change does — for example **Update product SEO** or **Update product tags**. Selecting it opens a **Confirm this change** window that warns this changes live data in your Shopify store. Select **Continue** to apply it.

Before the app changes an existing item, it saves the item's current state. If it cannot save that state, it will not make the change.

## Understand the priority queue

Growth and Pro plans show a priority approval queue. Recommendations are ordered pending-first, with per-recommendation priority badges (**P0** through **P3**) and higher-priority recommendations shown first.

## Report feedback on a recommendation

Every recommendation accepts feedback. Select **Report** to open the **Report this recommendation** window, add a comment, and select **Send feedback**. This does not change the recommendation.
