# AgenticOps webhooks

AgenticOps subscribes to Shopify webhooks. All webhook requests are HMAC-verified before any handler logic runs; requests that fail verification are rejected.

## App and shop lifecycle webhooks

| Topic | Route | Purpose |
| - | - | - |
| `app/uninstalled` | `/webhooks/app_uninstalled` | Handle app removal and shop cleanup. |
| `app_subscriptions/update` | `/webhooks/app_subscriptions_update` | Refresh subscription state on plan changes. |
| `shop/update` | `/webhooks/shop_update` | Refresh shop details, including the primary domain. |

## Signal webhooks

These topics are delivered to `/webhooks/signals` and feed analysis with store activity:

* `products/create`
* `products/update`
* `inventory_levels/update`
* `orders/create`

Deliveries are deduplicated by a body digest per shop. A duplicate body is acknowledged without reprocessing.

## GDPR compliance webhooks

`customers/data_request`, `customers/redact`, and `shop/redact` are delivered to `/webhooks/privacy`. The app implements data-export notification, customer redaction, and shop redaction. Shop redaction deletes the shop's stored records and queues durable artifact deletion, only proceeding after positive evidence that no live session remains.
