# View Verifications and Privacy Requests

> Review verification records, manage privacy data exports, and handle Shopify privacy requests.

# View Verifications and Privacy Requests

## What does this do for me?

The Verifications page lists all verification records for your store. The Privacy Requests page shows data exports created by Shopify's data-request webhook.

## 1. Open Verifications

1. Open **Age Verification** in Shopify admin.
2. Select **Verifications** in the app navigation.

## 2. Search by status

Use the status filter to find verifications by their current state, such as Verified, Blocked, or Pending.

## 3. View a verification detail

Select a verification to open its detail page. The detail page shows the customer, provider, method, status, and timestamps.

## 4. Open Privacy Requests

1. Open **Age Verification** in Shopify admin.
2. Select **Privacy requests** in the app navigation (account owner only).

## 5. Review data exports

The Privacy Requests page lists customer data export records created when Shopify sends a `customers/data_request` webhook. Each row shows when the export was created.

## 6. Shop redaction and customer redaction

When Shopify sends a `customers/redact` or `shop/redact` webhook, the app deletes the matching records and requests deletion or redaction from the identity provider. These actions are automatic and do not appear on the Privacy Requests page.
