# Manage the Customer Directory

> Import, search, and review customer verification status from the app's customer directory.

# Manage the Customer Directory

## What does this do for me?

The Customers page imports your Shopify customer list and shows each customer's real verification status — Verified or Not verified — based on actual verification records.

## 1. Open Customers

1. Open **Age Verification** in Shopify admin.
2. Select **Customers** in the app navigation.

## 2. Import customers

Select **Sync customers** to pull the shop's customers from Shopify. The import is cursor-paginated and page-capped. Customers who already exist in the directory are updated.

## 3. Search and filter

Use the search box to find customers by email, name, or phone number. Use the Verified filter to show only verified or not-verified customers. Search is server-side.

## 4. View customer details

Select a customer to open their detail page. The detail page shows the customer's verifications and audit and compliance logs.

The customer directory does not render phone numbers in the list view. A "0 imported" banner shows when no customers have been synced.
