> Review, resolve, and snooze recovery tasks that need a human operator.

# Manage the Operator Inbox

## What does this do for me?

The **Inbox** collects recovery-driven tasks that need a human: failed sends, outreach links, B2B quotes, and invoice chases. You can resolve or snooze each one.

## Before you begin

The operator inbox requires the **Advanced \$12.99** plan. Resolving and snoozing require cart recovery access.

## 1. Open the inbox

1. Open **Inbox** in Abandoned Cart Pro.
2. Filter with the **All**, **Open**, **Snoozed**, and **Resolved** buttons.

## 2. Read a task

Each row shows:

* **Kind**
* **Summary**
* **Customer** (or **Not provided**)
* **Due** (or **No deadline**)
* **Status** badge

## 3. Act on a task

* Select **Open message** or **Open recovery link** to open the linked destination in a new tab.
* Select **Resolve** to close the task.
* Select **Snooze 24h** to hide it for 24 hours.

Every action confirms with "Inbox item updated." Collaborator-only accounts see the inbox read-only.
