## A tool is missing

Ask whether the tool is connected to the correct server group. Share the group name, server name, and what you expected to see.

## A tool is returning the wrong result

Capture the time, the user request, the server group, and any error message. Do not paste secrets or private customer data into support chat.

## The dashboard is unavailable

Ask the technical owner to check the runtime logs and hosting environment.
